Hilary Lisee is a passionate author, coffee lover, and vlogger, known for her young adult dystopian novels that weave together themes of destruction, mayhem, and hope. Her narratives often explore worlds devastated by war and infection. Her debut novel, Tribulation, was released in June 2024, marking her arrival in the literary world. Hilary is currently immersed in writing her next book, Zeus Colony, which is anticipated to be published in early 2025.

By day, she dedicates her time to being a Special Education Teacher, nurturing and educating her students. By night, she indulges in her love for storytelling, writing to her heart’s content. Hilary holds two bachelor’s degrees: one in Secondary Education with a concentration in English and another in Creative Writing and English. She resides in a quaint rural town in Maine, where she enjoys cozying up by the wood stove with her husband, their son, and their loyal dog, Sampson.
